As a Client, Professionals, Teams nor other Clients can see or search your profile.As a Professional or Team, your profile is only visible to Clients in the platform.

Both individual and small to medium-sized teams who have the hard-to-find and sought-after skills you need to elevate your projects. We work with and provide top-tier: Graphic, user experience (UX), user interface (UI) visual and interaction designers, as well as a wide range of animators and illustrators.

Elysium acts as an intermediary that offers an end-to-end solution. All active users have agreed to a Service Agreement to uphold the highest standards in carrying out work via Elysium
We do not accept any talent in our network. All our talent are 100% humanly screened against a rigour vetting process.
As a Client, you externalise your projects through Elysium and never directly hire. Deposits are held in a dedicated account, and payments are only released upon your approval. You avoid the risks of open-source market-place gigs and freelance economy
Not only is it free to register, but you also get unlimited and free access to our platform to search our global network of hand-picked and exclusive top-tier professionals.
Only when you engage the service of a Professional or Team will you be charged a service fee based on your total project-budget.
In order offer a premium service to all our Clients and Professionals, the platform and service is exclusive to businesses only; so we can personally dedicate our time to serve you and to deliver qualified jobs to our Professionals.
We welcome all businesses, regardless of size or location to register and use our service.
To initiate the engagement of a Professional or Team, the initial deposit and subsequent deposit milestones funds are based on the total project value:
100% deposit for a project value of 1,00-15,000 CHF.
50% deposit for a project value of 15,001-60,000 CHF.
30% deposit for a project value of 60,000-100,000 CHF.
20% deposit for a project value of 100,001 CHF or more.
As a Client, you externalise your projects through Elysium and never directly hire. Our end-to-end solution means you are free from the administration and payroll of hiring talent.
Elysium manages all the administration so you don’t have to.
You will receive invoices from Elysium Solutions Sarl.
You have unlimited access to our network and can engage Professionals and Teams for as many projects required.
Typically short-to-mid-term either as full-time short term, to part-time mid to long-term. The duration and requirements can be discussed and agreed upon directly with our Professionals.
Not a problem, let us know and once the offer has been accepted, a finder’s fee will be applied accordingly and borne by the Client
Upon registering an account with us, you will be prompted to accept the Client Service Agreement.
You can request to cancel your account at anytime providing a 30-day written notice to connect@oneelysium.ch. If you request to terminate your account during an active project, you are obligated to release payment for any and all work rendered by our Professionals prior to the termination date.
As Elysium is not a job board or bidding site, Professionals can only see a Project if you have offered them a proposal.
Our Project Brief templates help you create a solid and successful brief. If you are still unsure, don’t worry; you can discuss your requirements directly with our Professionals, who will be able to help scope the project accordingly.
All of our applicants are diligently screened. Only those applicants who make it through our rigorous process appear on our platform.
We recommend you to use our collaboration workspace. It is designed to work alongside your everyday communication tools and can be an asset to keep all your project work organised in one place.
Every project is different and can depend on but not limited to; scope, skillset, duration, scale, complexity, quality assurance and urgency. We have provided you a guide to market rates, if you are still unsure, don’t worry; you can discuss your requirements directly with our Professionals, who will be able to help scope the project fairly.
We have kept it simple for everyone; we work on fixed project-based jobs only.
Not a problem, you can update your Project budget anytime from your Project Dashboard.
There is no limit to how many Professionals you can invite, however we recommend to invite a shortlist of five to begin with.
Not a problem, you can reuse the same Project Brief to hire several individual Professionals; otherwise if more convenient you can hire a Team to take on your project.
You can cancel a project at anytime from your Project Dashboard.
If you have not yet hired a Professional or the work has not yet started, any fees paid/deposited will be refunded in full. If you need to cancel an active project, you are obligated to pay for work rendered by your hired Professional prior to the termination date.
As a first step we always advise to discuss your expectations, the initial brief and set milestone with your hired Professional. Our Independent Professionals and Teams have extensive experience working with Clients and can swiftly provide great solutions to many concerns you may have. If either party cannot come to an agreed resolution, get in touch with our Support team and we will advise the best way forward.
After registering your interest, we will screen your application. If we are a perfect match, we will then set up a video interview and request for 3 references.
Elysium offers a premium service to all our Clients and Professionals. One of the fundamental elements to our unique service is the guarantee of providing access to a network of 100% humanly vetted and proven top-tier Independent Professionals.
We are always on the look out for exceptional talent regardless of your location, as long as you can be available for our clients (CET time zone) when required.
Once you are accepted as an Elysian, you are required to agree to our Professionals Services Agreement.
You can request to cancel your account at anytime providing a 30-day written notice to connect@oneelysium.ch. If you request to terminate your account during an active project, Client is not obligated to release payment for work not rendered.
The terms of the agreement between yourself and Elysium is of an independent contractor, you are not an employee of Elysium.
Upon competition per milestone and payment release by your Client, you will receive your project earnings directly in you bank account within 7 working days.
Elysium is not a job board nor bidding site, you will not be able to see Projects created by Clients unless they contact you directly with a Project Proposal.
Elysium provides both Client and Professionals a guide to talent market value based on industry. Typically the Client will set the budget for the job, you can negotiate the budget before agreeing to a final budget.
Inform the Client ASAP and Elysium’s Support team at the earliest convenience so we can help smoothly close off or transition the Project
If the Client has not responded within 7 working days without prior notice to pre-planned absence, inform Elysium’s Support team so we may follow-up directly with the Client.
You may decline the Project Proposal from your Project Dashboard. We recommend informing the Client why you were not able to take on the Project.
